At Economy Fence Center, problem solving is our biggest strength. We know that every project is unique, with its own set of priorities and parameters. If you’re not sure where to start, we can come to you, look at your scenario, and come up with a solution for your greater Seattle area fencing project that will work for you. Size constraints, budget concerns, city regulations, and planning problems are all things we have decades of experience with, and we’re confident we can work with you to find the perfect fence solution. Here are a couple of examples of client problems solved:
At Economy Fence Center we have the expertise, vision and ability to execute some of the most difficult problems brought to us by our customers. Our customer had a very tight driveway situation that required a bi-folding double swing gate. By creating a bi-folding gate leaf we were successful in reducing the swing radius of the 10’ wide gate leafs to 5’ and to top it off we utilized an industrial bearing hinge that allowed the gate to swing both in or out.
Recently, a first time client reached out to Economy Fence Center to assist in resolving a security issue at their home. The issue that they wanted to resolve involved a protection barrier for children and elderly parents. They needed a driveway gate that would be able to open via remote as well as close automatically on a predetermined time interval. Our sale person designed a rolling gate that matched the style of their existing fence and utilized a DoorKing slide gate operator with the options needed to accomplish the task. As you can see from the clip, the gate is beautiful and provides the security solution our client needed.
One of our industrial customers came to us with a need for a very large gate. The goal was to cover the entire opening (over 70 feet wide) with an option to open up a smaller 24’ wide access point. The Economy Fence Center commercial sales and fabrication team put their heads together and created the idea of building a 48’ wide double-roll gate and piggyback a 24’ wide double cantilever gate onto the roll gate. With a little ingenuity, minor design revision and lots of sweat the goal was accomplished.
When your project demands an extra level of security you can rely on Economy Fence Center in Seattle to provide a fence solution to fit your needs. Our customer requested a fence system that would deter theft & vandalism at their business location. Our sales consultant Brent McBride provide a proposal utilizing the Ameristar Montage “Invincible” ornamental steel fence system. EFC incorporated multiple large cantilever drive gate systems, a large double swing gate and a pedestrian gate with a Locinox Vinci mechanical code access latching system. This project was expertly installed by our Tacoma branch installation team with Andy Aydelott & Greg Hickel managing this detailed project from start to finish. Another problem solved!
